Mr. Frank serves as Chairman of the Board for the Midwest Veterans Advocacy Foundation (VAF). Mr. Frank also supports the SBA’s Emerging Leaders Program and judges applications for Arch Grants providing startup funding for entrepreneurs. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Girl Scout and Boy Scout leader, Mr. Frank lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, daughter, and son. He is a former military intelligence officer with an undergraduate degree in English, a Masters in Management Information Systems (MIS), and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
Prior to Veteran Warehouse Supply, Mr LeJeune served as Director of Sales for a national collaborative technology firm. Michael has an extensive background in what it takes to grow a company as well as a strong background in Defense and Federal agency acquisition. Mr. LeJeune lives in Monticello, IL with his wife and two daughters. He loves driving his car and going to the movies. He served in the U.S. Army and has a B.S. in Information Technology.

Lisa has an extensive background in healthcare and supply chain operations. As the data and contract operations manager for Resource Optimization & Innovation (ROi) for Mercy Health, Lisa supported strategic initiatives for internal and external customers through an understanding of contract portfolio offerings, data analysis, member implementation and operations, and the healthcare industry. Responsible for processing incoming customer data for evaluation, analysis, and data quality. Work with all customers to gain a complete understanding of reporting needs and requirements. Design, develop, implement, and manage strategies, software and application solutions, and process improvement objectives.
